Notice of Results and Investor Presentation

Aferian plc (LSE AIM: AFRN), the B2B video streaming solutions company, will report its results for the six months ended 31 May 2022 on Tuesday 23 August 2022.

The management team will host a live presentation relating to the results for the six months ended 31 May 2022 via the Investor Meet Company platform on Wednesday 24 August 2022 at 2:00pm BST.

In terms of format for the Investor Presentation:

The online presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders.

Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9:00am BST the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.

·     

Investor feedback can also be submitted directly to management post-event to ensure the Company can understand the views of all shareholders.
