NOTICE OF HALF YEAR RESULTS

Grit Real Estate Income Group Limited, a leading pan-African income real estate company, focused on investing in and actively managing a diversified portfolio of assets underpinned by predominantly US$ and Euro denominated long- term leases with high quality multi-national tenants, will announce its half year results for the six months ended 31 December 2020 on Monday, 15 February 2021.

The Company will host a live Zoom webcast and conference call on Monday, 15 February 2021 at 13:00pm Mauritius / 09:00am UK / 11:00am South Africa.
