Scotty soars on order win |

LONDON (SHARECAST) - Video telephone manufacturer Scotty Group has clinched a substantial new contract with Indian distributor and Altosys Software.
Altosys is one of the major suppliers of network technology in India, to both private and public sector hospitals and the two companies have been working on a technology, Telecare, that enables a private hospital chain to improve the after treatment of its patients.
Telecare consists of Scotty’s Videophones combined with specially adapted and approved medical peripherals equipment.
The order from Altosys represents a minimum commitment for Videophones and peripherals worth around £2m this calendar year.
“It includes by far the biggest number of Carestation units Scotty has contracted to date as well as the 'backend' with 50 call centres using Scotty soft and hardware, thus giving a complete solution all provided by Scotty,” said the group.
