Bella in California cinema deal |

LONDON (SHARECAST) - Bella Media shares received a boost after the group signed a letter of intent for a large-screen 3D cinema in Monterey, California.
“For the planned Monterey project, Bella has signed a letter of intent to develop a 300 seat large-format 3D theatre concessions and retail activities within one of Cannery Row's prime locations,” it said.
The group said the move is in line with its plans to establish a global presence servicing the fastest-growing 'edutainment' market at major tourist destinations.
Bella aims to build and operate giant-screen cinemas to produce and distribute large format films and capitalise on growing trends in travel, recreation, education and retail, it added.
