Snap: Erinaceous acquires Mount Street |

LONDON (SHARECAST) - Property group Erinaceous has acquired Mount Street Holdings, and its associated businesses, from private equity group Regis Capital for up to £56m.
The group also announced the acquisition of Millar Kitching Limited and the placing of 7.76m shares at 290p each.
"The acquisitions of MSH and Millar Kitching represent a further significant step towards realising our objective to become the UK's leading provider of property support services," said chief executive Neil Bellis.
"The acquisitions will generate significant economies of scale, in addition to broadening our national reach," he added.
