Enova enters joint development deal |

LONDON (SHARECAST) - Hybrid engine specialist systems Enova has entered into a joint development programme with an unnamed North American truck manufacturer.
The project will feature Enova's post and pre-transmission 120kW hybrid drive systems.
"Upon successful completion of the initial vehicle, expected to completed in late 2005, Enova believes annual market demand for these production drive systems could grow rapidly based on discussions with our customers," said CEO Ed Riddell.
"The current conventional market for these types of trucks, with this manufacturer alone, exceeds 50,000 vehicles per annum."
