C&C Properties appoints masterplanner for Earls Court |

LONDON (SHARECAST) - Capital & Counties Properties, the company spun off from Liberty International, has appointed architects Terry Farrell & Partners to work on a masterplan for the Earls Court site in London.
Capital & Counties Properties, in conjunction with Transport for London (TfL) and the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham, made the appointment after an international masterplanner competition.
The three parties will work with Farrells over the next few months to develop a detailed masterplan for the site, which will include in-depth community and stakeholder consultation to ensure the views of local residents are reflected.
"The appointment of Farrells is the next stage in the ongoing investigation into the potential of this major West London site which has been identified as an Opportunity Area within the Mayor's London Plan," said Anthony Bickmore, TfL's head of Corporate Finance Property Development.
