US pre-open: Investors await Fed decision |

LONDON (SHARECAST) - US futures are pointing to a cautious rise in early dealings as investors await the Federal Reserve's decision on interest rates.
The Fed is widely expected leave rates unchanged, though investors will watch out for comments on stimulus measures.
Elsewhere on the economic front, figures on housing starts and building permits are due out in early trading.
Across the markets, the Dow Jones is seen 12 points higher. The Nasdaq and the S&P 500 are both expected to add 2 points.
Boston Scientific could drop early on after Goldman Sachs downgraded the medical device maker to ‘sell’.
