LONDON (SHARECAST) - Automatic transmission group Antonov has signed a further letter of intent to form a joint venture in China with Chinese firm Lan Dai.
The letter of intent anticipates that the JV, to manufacture and market Antonov's proprietary TX-6 transmission technology, will need a minimum of $30m of funding, but this could be reduced through access to the existing facilities of Lan Dai.
ROC Oil has denied market rumours that it may be subject to a takeover bid. ROC has not received any takeover proposal, it said in a statement, adding it
continues to evaluate all strategic alternatives.
Medical and technology businesses developer Amphion Innovations has announced new intellectual property licensing deals with three international companies. In aggregate, the deals are worth $1.65m.
Defence and security firm Cohort has had a board room reshuffle, with Andrew Thomas, managing director of the company’s subsidiary MASS Consultants, taking over from Stanley Carter as chief executive.
Carter will become co-chairman of the company, acting as deputy to current chairman Nick Prest.
The role will entail continued close cooperation with the chairman and the executive team, with particular emphasis on business development, acquisitions and technology.
Ashley Lane will succeed Thomas as managing director of MASS Consultants.
Entertainment media company Galleon Holdings, best known for its Super Soccer Star reality TV programme format, is to enter the online gaming market with a browser-based online football management game.
The online game is the first part of a multi platform strategy that incorporates a live action TV show and animated content.
Glass expert Pentagon Protection has won a £205,000 deal to install an energy efficient glass coating at a major shopping centre in the south of England.
“Window film technology is progressing to provide a positive contribution towards lowering CO2 emissions and the reduction of our carbon footprint,” said chairman Haytham ElZayn.
