Bosses buy in at Misys |

LONDON (SHARECAST) - Directors at software group Misys increased their stakes in the company substantially yesterday, the company said today.
Chairman Sir Dominic Cadbury bought 100,000 shares in the company at 135p each, taking his holding to 275,000 shares.
Chief executive Mike Lawrie took 73,200 shares at $2.73 (136.2p) a go, bringing his stake to 553,355 shares and Jim Malone, the chief financial officer, paid $2.71 a share on 50,000 shares, leaving him with 150,000 shares.
Misys said in January that it saw first half revenue fall slightly below last year’s figure due to the weak dollar but said it was confident of results for the full year despite the global economic uncertainty.
Sir Dominic, who has spent most of his career with Cadbury Schweppes, joined the board of Misys in 2000 and became chairman in 2005.
