LONDON (SHARECAST) - Polymers maker, Victrex, has appointed Suzana Koncarevic as Company Secretary and General Counsel.
She’ll take over from Gary Hulme who is stepping down in order to pursue "other business opportunities.”
Prior to joining Victrex, Suzana was General Counsel and Company Secretary of Speedy Hire and Senior Legal Adviser at United Utilities.
Anita Frew, Chairman of Victrex, said Koncerevic would contribute to the firm’s focus on corporate governance.
Victrex shares have gained 3.8% over the last 12 months.
