Inspired Gaming gets 385p approach |

LONDON (SHARECAST) - Gaming machine supplier Inspired Gaming picked up as as it confirmed it had received a bid approach worth 385p per share.
"The board has noted the recent press speculation. The board announces that it has received an indicative offer from a financial institution at a price of 385p in cash per ordinary share. The company has entered into discussions with this financial institution which has commenced a due diligence process," it said in a statement.
This announcement has been made with the agreement and prior approval of the financial institution concerned, it said.
Inspired Gaming, which provides betting machines for pubs and casinos, said in its last statement in June that it would face challenges in the short-term due to the smoking ban.
