LONDON (SHARECAST) - Vodafone announced yet another deal today to expand its offering of mobile services with the launch of YouTube Mobile.
The mobile giant said the agreement will enable customers to access videos on the YouTube website through their mobile phones.
The service, which is to be initially launched in the UK, will also be offered in key markets across Europe.
As part of the service, YouTube will provide a daily selection of new videos to Vodafone customers, who can then forward links, upload their own content and search across multiple categories.
The latest deal follows similar agreements with eBay and MySpace announced earlier this week as the mobile giant attempts to get customers accessing more premium content through their phones.
